Okay, she isn't exactly Bollywood. Pamela Bordes (nee Pamela Singh) was a Jaipur-based diva who won the Miss India pageant in 1982. She shortly moved to England after this. Flash forward to 1988 and Pamela Bordes (she briefly was married to a Frenchman) was the leading lady of Britain’s biggest sex scandal, ever. One of England’s highest-paid escorts at allegedly 10000 pounds a night, her client list was stellar indeed: Colonel Gaddafi (the gentleman was killed by revolting mobs in the turbulent Arab Spring that also swept past Libya), arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi (a co-culprit, they say, in the Bofors arms kickback scandal that brought down the Rajiv Gandhi government in the late ‘80s) and several Members of Parliament in Westminster (oh, what a liberal decade it must have been for a Conservative-dominated Parliament). Hounded by the red tops, Pamela Bordes was forced to leave the UK and return to homeland India, where she went back to her maiden name, Pamela Singh. Singh bought posh farmhouses in New Delhi and Jaipur with her savings and reinvented herself as a photographer/painter.

Priyanka Chopra Approached For 'Zanjeer' Remake
Priyanka Chopra would soon be called the 'rani of remakes', it seems. After appearing in remakes of two Amitabh Bachchan movies viz. 'Don' and 'Agneepath', Piggy Chops, as she is affectionately known in the industry, has reportedly been roped in to be the female lead in Apoorva Lakhia's remake of the 1973 blockbuster 'Zanjeer'.
Sources have confirmed that Chopra has bagged the role of the female lead, played by Jaya Bachchan in the original and that she was offered a whopping Rs. 11 crore for the film. The new 'Zanjeer' is reportedly set against the backdrop of the oil mafia and Priyanka would play the role of a spunky and bold NRI café owner.
South superstar Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan Teja would play the role of the male protagonist Vijay, which was essayed by Amitabh Bachchan in the original and 'Singham' baddie Prakash Raj would play the antagonist, sources claim.
‘Heroine’ based on Aishwarya Rai???
On the sets of Heroine, Kareena Kapoor was spotted with a baby bump. As soon as her pics with the baby bump were out on the net, rumor mills started their work. Yes! Rumors had it that the film ‘Heroine’ is based on Aishwarya Rai, who walked out of the film after her pregnancy announcement.
Though the director of the film Madhur Bhandarkar has clearly staed that his film is not based on any actress, yet there are n number of stories coming up, time and again.
Talking to a news channel, Kareena Kapoor makes it clear to everyone that ‘Heroine’ is a completely different film and is neither based on Aishwarya nor Manisha.
Bebo further says that, the story is a fiction and is written by Madhur himself. She also says that, it is not the heroine or her clothes and glamor that the story is based upon but her mind.
The real reason why ‘Talaash’ has been postponed!
We are all aware that Aamir Khan’s film Talaash has been postponed and will now hit theaters in November, this year. We will tell you why the film has been postponed.
Rumors were that since Aamir is busy with his upcoming television show, the film has been postponed. But the actual reason is something else.
It is heard that ‘Talaash’s’ storyline is very similar to that of Vidya Balan’s recently released hit flick ‘Kahaani’. Directed by Reema Kagti, Talaash is a story of a cop, who is in search of a person gone missing. Well, ‘Kahaani’ is also on similar lines.
It is also heard that the climax of Kahaani and Talaash is almost the same. So now, Aamir has decided to reshoot the climax.
Well, now you know the reason.
Don't know Suresh Raina: Anushka Sharma
The new Bollywood-cricket romance has suddenly dies a quick death. Reacting to the story published by a leading daily that Anushka Sharma is dating Suresh Raina, the actress has said that it is nothing but a figment of imagination.
Anushka Sharma, who is currently shooting for her forthcoming film to be directed by Vishal Bharadwaj in Rajkot, has been taken completely unaware by the reports that have been doing the rounds since this morning.
The daily went on to claim that the two had first met in London a few months ago, when the Indian team was touring England. Since then they have kept in touch and hang out quite often. According to sources close to the star this piece of news is a clear scenario of an over active imagination and Anushka has been falsely linked to belong to the ‘good friends club’ with the cricketer.
When contacted, her spokesperson clarified, " Anushka's only connection to cricket dates back to watching the World Cup final last year and her friendship with Sakshi Rawat, MS Dhoni's wife. While it is true that Anushka's brother did play the sport at a state level, Anushka herself is not inclined towards cricket at all and in fact cannot even place the cricketer she is supposedly meant to be good friends with."
