Synopsis: ‘Truth with triumph in the end’ is the motto of the local school in the part of town where Gattu lives. But Gattu is too poor to go to school and he’s not always that truthful either. Gattu lives and works very hard at a scrap yard belonging to a man he simply calls ‘uncle’. Uncle bought him years ago from his sick father. Gattu is particularly inventive when it comes to thinking up excuses so he can slip away and indulge his passion for kite-flying. Day after day the children love to compete against each other with their kites. They’ve given the name Kali to one mysterious black kite that dominates the sky; strangely, nobody seems to know who owns it. If Gattu wants to win the next competition he’ll have to climb to the highest place in town. This is the school roof, of all places. Gattu manages to creep inside where he assumes command of a small but determined group of pupils. A dramatic battle of the skies ensues during which Gattu uses every trick in the book to claim the lead. But his greatest achievement is when, encouraged by his friendship with his new-found comrades, he decides to tell the truth.

News: Oh My God!

Akshay Kumar plays the modern day Lord Krishna in his forthcoming film, Oh My God and its first poster shows the star riding a motorcycle through the clouds with a bright colourful sky in the background.
After taking audiences on a laughter ride in Hera Pheri, Akshay has teamed up with Paresh Rawal in his production venture Oh My God.

'English Vinglish' First Look and Official Trailer

 

Sridevi is back after 14 long years in R Balki’s film, ‘English Vinglish’. The promo of the film was released today and it was liked by her fans. Fans can’t wait to see their dazzling diva on the silver screen again.

 In a two minute trailer, Sridevi was shown reading a Censor Board’s film certificate and she was seen struggling with English words. The story is about a middle class woman trying to learn English to impress her husband and her family.

Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in a pivotal role. Sridevi was as usual rocking in peach color sari. She was dressed in a simple sari, neatly tied her hair and was carrying a black handbag. The trailer gives us an idea what the film is all about.

 Sridevi ruled the silver screen in 80’s and has many super hit films under her credit. She has taken a long break from acting due to family priorities but her love for films again dragged the actress in front of the camera.

 Directed by Gauri Shinde and produced by R Balki, the film is slated to release in September.
